We understand your personal information is important and we are committed to protecting it. We store the recordings securely for a minimum of 1 years after the date of the call and destroy them no longer than 2 years after this time.
We may also receive personal or anonymised information about you from our suppliers where you have used their services or made purchases from them. This information may include a customer ID that identifies you in the third party’s database, as well as the categories of information set out above.
Why do we collect, use and disclose personal information?

n3 operates in New Zealand, and in delivering its products and/or services to its customers, we utilise processing and storage systems which may or may not be located in your country of residence. All n3 related entities are subject to the privacy practices set out in our Privacy Policy and any applicable jurisdictional legislation.
How long is it stored for?
We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we are processing your Personal Data unless the law requires us to retain it for longer. For example, if required by local legislation or in the event we required it to defend legal proceedings.
